Wimbledon is the oldest and probably the most famous tennis tournament in the world. The event is played on grass outdoor courts at the "All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club" since 1877.

Wimbledon is also a Grand Slam event, the only one on grass courts. It is preceded by the Queens Club Open, which is a ATP 250 Event played on grass, a good warm up for all the players that will compete at Wimbledon.

The winner of the men singles will receive 2000 ATP points and a check worth of £850,00. The data for the women's tournament is not yet published.
